The book Discovery is a more of a tool that can make one look deep within. Discovery has many parts and the use of each has been explained in detail in the manual with the kit. The main story album contains 100 short stories and parables of very ancient origin. These stories on their own are very insightful and meaningful, but to help one relate to it to their own lives, the author has given a set of questions at the end of each story for reflection. The questions addressed to the user has been done in three levels, the first is the explicit level where a direct question has been asked. The second level is the experiential level where the users can relate the story to their daily lives and share the same. The third level is an introspective level that allows one to deeply reflect on the learning one derives from the story or from the related sharing and how one would want to integrate it to their own lives. The power of Discovery comes from sharing as then one is able to appreciate so many perspectives which they were not aware of. To enhance the understanding related to various contexts, the kit has been provided with the theme charts that deal with different areas such as excellence, learning, team building, and let go and so on. So the user can pick the themes of their choice or what suits their discussion best and introspect on the various dimensions that are instrumental in forming the same. Each theme chart has both negative and positive attributes and the concept of yin yang is explicitly shown because it is believed that no value by itself is good or bad, it is the intensity with which each is used that makes the difference. The yin yang represents the balance one needs to strike in most interactions to keep them appropriate. The General play chart in the form of a snake and ladder game can give a creative start to the user who can reach different points in the course of the game and refer back to the appropriate story number and discuss it further.  (Number of pages 203)
